T4A Slips and Summary Report Generator 2006 (CRA approved)

Windows Application is designed for use with QuickBooks® Canada Pro and Premier Editions 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 and QuickBooks® Multi-Currency Edition.

T4A Slips and Summary Report must be filed with the CRA by suppliers for a number of different payments made to vendors. This application for QuickBooks® is designed to track and report only “Self-Employed Commission” payments (Box 20) and “Other Income” (Box 28) from payments made to vendors. Other T4A reporting options are not available with this application. The customized T4A Slips and Summary Report are approved by the CRA, approval number RC-05-1118. The application will be updated annually to keep up with changes to QuickBooks® software and CRA requirements.

This application is compatible with Windows operating systems (Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/2003). Your Windows system should be updated with the latest free Microsoft service packs and updates. This ensures your system has the Windows components required to install and run the application successfully, including Windows Installer and .NET Framework. To update your Windows system with the latest service packs, perform a "Windows Update" by selecting the 'Start'->'Windows Update' menu item, or visit the http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com website.
